Rosana is a specialist in digital law, with more than 25 years of experience as responsible for the technology and innovation area of large law firms. She graduated from the University of São Paulo Law School and she also has post-graduate degrees in Labor and Social Security Law from the University of São Paulo Law School - USP, in Labor Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo - PUC/SP, and in Information Technology and Digital Law from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (Poli-USP). Rosana has a specialization degree in Contracts from Harvard Law School, a master's degree in Law, Development and Technology from IDP, and a master's degree in Production Engineering from Poli-USP (in progress).
She is also President of the Digital Law Commission of OAB/SP (Cotia Subsection), researcher at the Center of Studies, Society and Technology of the Polytechnic School of USP (POLI - USP), and Counselor of the Labor Relations Council of FIESP.
She is considered one of the most admired lawyers by Análise Advocacia 500 (since 2018), a lecturer responsible for giving courses on LGPD throughout the country, as well as author of several publications in books, magazines and newspapers of wide circulation.
